We recommend that you make a reservation in advance, but even if you do not make a reservation, we will be happy to offer you a table as soon as it is available. We also recommend that you make a reservation in advance if you have any allergies or if you would like to order any special dishes.

In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.
・Up to 72 hours before the reserved time: No cancellation fee
・From 72 hours to 48 hours before the reserved time: 50% of the plan price
・From 48 hours before the reserved time: 70% of the plan price
・On the day of the reservation (after 12:00 AM) or in case of a no-show: 100% of the plan price
・If you are late for more than 20 minutes without contacting us, it will be canceled.

What is the dress code?At our restaurant, we embrace a dress code of "casual elegance." This means that jeans and sneakers are acceptable, as long as they are clean and free from excessive wear and tear.Guests are welcome to visit wearing yukata or kimono; however, please refrain from visiting in mourning attire.

Is it possible to make reservations together with children, is a children's menu available?
La Locanda offers a kids' menu. Please refer to each restaurant's website for the menu. Kids' menus can be ordered on the day of your visit.

How can I access the hotel, and what are the parking fees?
For Guests Arriving by Car
The hotel offers on-site multilevel parking, as well as valet parking service.
The parking fee is ¥1,200 per hour.
Restaurant guests who spend ¥10,000 or more in a single transaction are eligible for up to 2 hours of complimentary parking.
Please note that an additional fee of ¥1,200 per hour will apply beyond the complimentary 2-hour period.For Guests Arriving by Public Transportation

Are the restaurants and restrooms equipped with accessible facilities for the physically challenged?All restaurants, The Bar and The Lobby Lounge are wheelchair accessible. A: Yes, private rooms are available, reservations are required in advance.
You can make a reservation online and include your request for a private room in the comments section, and we will be happy to assist you with the arrangements.

Ebisugawa-tei is a special private room that has been relocated from the former villa of Denzaburo Fujita within the restaurant.
- Ebisugawa-tei Goten Room: Round table / Capacity: Up to 8 guests, Private Room Fee: 55,000 yen (including tax)
- Ebisugawa-tei Chidori Room: Rectangular seating / Capacity: Up to 6 guests, Private Room Fee: 33,000 yen (including tax)
During lunch, a course priced at 8,500 yen or more must be ordered. This private room requires guests to remove their shoes upon entering, and there is a step at the entrance. The Goten Room and Chidori Room are separated by sliding doors, and there may be other guests using the adjacent room. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Are there any private dining rooms other than those in Ebisugawa-tei?
A. We regret to inform you that the only private dining rooms available at La Locanda are the two rooms within Ebisugawa-tei — Goten-no-ma and Chidori-no-ma.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as no other private rooms are available. -
